WHO: Any student in BISD that wants to compete in junior high or high school athletics for the 2013 – 2014 school year

WHAT: Athletic physicals must be on file each year in the athletic trainers’ office before you can practice or participate in UIL athletics.

WHEN: Saturday, April 27, 2013 BHS / HUGHES:  9:00 – 11:30 CHS / KERR:  12:30–3:00

WHERE: Burleson High School Arena

   
COST: $15.00 CASH ONLY 

NOTICE: PARENTS MUST BE PRESENT!!!Notaries will be available to notarize the athletic physicals free of charge.  You must provide a picture ID for the notary!!!

  Please park in the stadium parking lot and enter the arena through the
  entrance on the east side of the school.  Athletic physicals are given on a
